Boulder County launches $2.5M Climate Equity Fund
FLOWS’ recent funding cuts and Climate Justice efforts are mentioned by the Boulder Reporting Lab in coverage of a new historic fund launched by Boulder County Government. The Climate Equity Fund is intended to “inspire community-led climate leadership” and support local grassroots Environmental Justice and resilience efforts. The fund comes just after numerous national environmental cuts were enacted and Justice40 efforts were pause by the current federal administration.
