City of Boulder Water Efficiency Plan
The City of Boulder featured FLOWS in the 2024 Water Efficiency Plan, which details the city’s water conservation goals and programs, water resources, management strategy, community values, and municipal and industrial conservation and efficiency goals (see p. 83).
In 2023, the City of Boulder connected with FLOWS team to consult their 2024 Water Efficiency Plan, updated every 7 years. The City had not previously engaged in community input in prior plans. FLOWS team offered valuable pathways and recommendations for engaging with Frontline communities around proposed water efficiency initiatives, programs and projects.
